Purposes and legal grounds for processing We
process your data for the following purposes and in
accordance with the following legal grounds : 1.for
the
purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by us
as an administrator data (legal basis: Article 6 (1)
(f) of the GDPR), i.e. in order to:
a. provide services to its Customers,
resolving disputes, pursuing claims and considering
complaints,
c. marketing of JROKNA services,
d. conducting analytical and statistical activities,
e. optimizing the services and products offered,
f. customer service,
g. services and products,
h. ensuring IT security related to the website

order to perform contracts concluded by us with
customers, in order to cooperate with suppliers and
other entities with which JR OKNA cooperates as part
of its operations (legal basis Article 6 (1) (b) of

Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR), 4.to

monitoring at the premises of JR OKNA, we would like

the form of your image, which is collected for
purposes resulting from the legitimate interests
pursued by us as a data controller, i.e. ensuring
safety of employees and customers of JR OKNA and
their property as well as dispute resolution,
pursuing claims and considering complaints (legal
basis: Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).
Voluntary provision of data

remember that failure to provide data marked as
necessary will prevent us from responding to your
inquiry or preventing the performance of the
contract.

personal data on our behalf, in accordance with the
above list - it is important that these entities
process data on the basis of a contract with us and
only in accordance with our instructions.
In addition, your data may also be transferred to
entities authorized to obtain them on the basis of

authority on an appropriate legal basis (e.g. for

Information about cookies and similar technologies
The entity placing information in the form of
cookies (so-called cookies) and other similar
technologies on your end device (e.g. computer,
laptop, smartphone, TV with smart technology) and
accessing them is JR OKNA based in Słupsk, and
sometimes entities analytical service providers,
advertisers, application developers, or advertising
agencies. You will be informed about changes in the
